[ANN] Groovy-Eclipse 2.0.0 Released!

After an almost complete rewrite of the source code since the previous
major release, Groovy-Eclipse 2.0.0 final is available.  By now, most
of you on these mailing lists are familiar with the features that
Groovy-Eclipse 2.0.0 provides, But briefly, the most important ones

* a new approach to compiling joint Groovy-Java code that does not
require a stub compiler
* advanced and extensible content assist
* vast speed and memory improvements over previous releases
* debug support
* deep integration with the Java Development tools

Also, over 380 bugs have been addressed (out of 620 total, that's not
too bad...).

The Eclipse update site for Eclipse 3.5 is available

So thank you to everyone for trying out alpha and milestone snapshots,
for providing feedback, bug reports and patches, and for being patient
while we worked on installation and upgrade issues.  And now is a
great time to start planning future versions, so please have your say:
